This website is managed by PRX Wellness. PRX Wellness makes this website available for you, the patient/customer, based on your acknowledgment and compliance with our terms, conditions, and policies. These terms and conditions are applicable to all users, including patients, customers, and/ or vendors. Our e-commerce store is powered by (vendor/us). All online e-commerce grants us the ability to sell our products to you.

E-Commerce Store Terms
Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions certifies that you are 18 years or older. You will not use our products or services for any illegal means or against the law. If you cannot uphold these Terms and Conditions, it will result in the prompt cessation of our services and products. PRX Wellness can refuse services to any patient, customer, or vendor at any time for any reason we
deem fit.

Change in Service and Pricing
PRX Wellness can change services and prices without any recognition to our patients, customers, or vendors. We will not be liable to patients, customers, or vendors with announcing changes of products, pricing, or discontinuance. PRX Wellness reserves the right to limit sales on a case-by-case basis.

Billing and Account Information
PRX Wellness requires patients, customers, and vendors to provide accurate and current information for all purchases and patient portal information. If there is any information that requires updating, you are required to update it promptly and completely. Billing will occur upon submission of order.

User Feedback
PRX Wellness can receive specific submissions, such as comments, feedback, or questions, and can use them as we see fit. We can edit, remove, publish or share feedback and take no responsibility of liability for you or any third-party.

Omissions and Inaccuracies
PRX Wellness understands that there may be data on our website that consists of inaccuracies in descriptions, pricing, typographical errors or shipping charges. We reserve the right to correct these omissions to our website without any notice to the patient, customer, or vendor.

PRX Wellness cannot certify that our services will be 100% secure, timely, or error-free. We will do our very best and make every effort to give you the results you desire in a timely manner. You accept that our services and products issued will be used at your own risk. Our liability will be used to the maximum extent allowed by the law.

Indemnification
You, patient, customer, or vendor, agree to indemnify PRX Wellness and its team mounting the breach of these Terms and Conditions by your misuse of any law or rights.

Terms and Conditions Changes
PRX Wellness may update, takeaway, replace, or change any part of these Terms and Conditions without knowledge to you. It is the patient, customers, or vendors’ responsibility to check our Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

We do not refund orders based on the buyer’s impotence. We encourage customers to do their own research and double-check quantity and price before submitting orders. If there are any issues and the patient believes it is the fault of PRX Wellness, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to resolve the issue.

If your product is damaged in transit, you must contact us within three days of product delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The product must not be used. Images must be sent to the PRX Wellness email of the damages upon the product’s arrival. We will treat each case individually and reserve the right not to issue a replacement.

Cancellations are not permitted. Once an order is submitted, we will not cancel the order or refund your payment. We will treat each case individually and will make changes as we see fit. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response on handling any issues. We want to help you as quickly as possible but information may need to be gathered from outside sources. You can call
